FAQ

What do I need to do to prepare for therapy services? We are glad that you are dedicated to getting the most out of your treatment while working with us. All we ask is that you come open to actively participate because that is going to be a key factor to your success. The skills and tools that you learn in your sessions will be essential in the work that you do outside of your sessions. That is how you will be able to monitor the growth and progress that you are making in treatment.

What do I bring to a session?Unless the clinician tells you otherwise, all you need to bring is yourself. Feel free to bring a book, journal, or anything that will keep you comfortable while you wait in our quiet waiting room.
