RATES
Individual and Family Therapy - rate based on Insurance contract.
SELF PAY RATES:
$180 Initial Evaluation (60 mins)
$150 Individual Session (55 -60 mins)
$150 Family Session (55 -60 mins)
$75-$200 an hour Individual/Professional Consulting
(Please contact for organizational consulting rates)
$100 an hour Clinical Supervision
INSURANCE
L.A.C.E. is a pro-insurance practice accepting clients with United, CareFirst and Cigna. Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

Here are some questions that you could ask your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?

Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?

Do I have a copay? If so, how much is it?

Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?

Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
PAYMENT
L.A.C.E. accepts cash, HSA/FSA, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged a fee for the missed/canceled session (may be full rate of the session).
